At Zaineb El Khayat, every piece we create is designed with precision, care, and exceptional craftsmanship. Because our garments are luxury items made to the highest standards, we kindly ask that you review our return and refund terms carefully before purchasing.

 

 

1. Return Eligibility

 


Due to hygiene and preservation standards for delicate fashion items such as kaftans and kandoras, we enforce a strict no-return policy under the following conditions:

 

  • No returns are accepted once the packaging has been opened or the security seal has been broken.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact to qualify for return consideration.

 

 

 

2. Return Window

 

 

  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the item, and only if the product:

     

    • Arrived damaged

    • Was incorrect (wrong size or item)

    • Has a manufacturing defect

     

 

 

 

3. Refunds

 


If your return request meets the eligibility criteria:

 

  • You will be offered either an exchange or a store credit valid for 6 months.

  • Cash refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date we confirm item return and inspection.

 

 

 

4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

 

 

  • Opened packaging or removed tags

  • Customized or altered items

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Items returned without prior approval

 

 

 

5. Delivery Timeline

 


We aim to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible:

 

  • All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date of confirmation.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
